Dr. Kerzel studied Particle Physics in Karlsruhe, Germany, conducting his research with data taken at the DELPHI Experiment at CERN and later at the CDF Experiment at the Fermi National Accelerator near Chicago. In 2006 he came to the Cavendish Laboratory in Cambridge to join a group focused on the LHCb Experiment at CERN. In 2007 he became a post-doctoral associate at Trinity Hall, was then in 2008 awarded the Sackler Senior Research Fellowship at Magdalene College, and in 2010 won the CERN Research Fellowship.
Dr. Kerzel joined Blue Yonder in 2012 as a Senior Data Scientist. Beyond his commitments in project leadership and in coordinating the development process of the “NeuroBayes” core technology, he frequently speaks at events related to “big data” and “predictive analytics”.
